Welcome to my website.

Pilates is a method of body conditioning performed through a series of systematic exercises known as “The Pilates Method”  Through my unique interpretation of the Pilates method my mission is to encourage you to look and feel amazing!  Regular attendance at my classes will help you to:

  • Develop body awareness and increase self confidence
  • Dramatically improve your posture and coordination/helping to prevent injury
  • Strengthen your back and tighten your centre through activating the deep postural muscles that stabilise the body and help to define your shape
  • Increase mobility and flexibility and become stronger with lean toned muscles
  • Feel secure and confident enough to make your own choices to improve your health and sense of well being

Please note as from 20 March 2020 all classes have been cancelled due to the Government guidelines regarding the Coronavirus Covid 19 outbreak.  I am currently teaching all classes online via the Zoom app which is free and relatively easy to download.  Please contact me for further information.
